Glass Design Warranty Overview

At Glass Design, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and the products we provide. As a family-owned business for nearly 30 years, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences, premium materials, and peace of mind with every project.

Installation Warranty – 90 Days

All installations performed by Glass Design are covered by a 90-day workmanship warranty.
This warranty covers installation-related defects identified within the first 90 days after your project is completed.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or environmental factors are not covered.

Glass Design Manufactured Products – 5 Years

Products manufactured directly by Glass Design are backed by a 5-year limited warranty.
This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal residential use.

All Other Materials – Manufacturer’s Warranty

Any product or material supplied by Glass Design but not manufactured by us will be covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty.
These warranties vary by manufacturer; our team is happy to assist in locating the appropriate warranty information for your specific product.

Labor Exclusions

If a product requires replacement or repair due to failure, labor is not covered under any warranty.

Customers are responsible for labor costs associated with removing, reinstalling, or servicing any warrantied item.
