After graduating from University of Florida in 2004 with a degree in Marketing , Bonnie started her career in the Industrial & Construction Supply industry. In 2007 she decided to shift gears and joined her parents at Glass Design with the plan to take over running the business. She focused on growing the business by opening two new showrooms, adding product lines and services, and expanding the team. She now sits in the seat of Visionary/CEO for the company and carries out her passion of providing exceptional customer and team member experiences by providing a positive and growth-focused environment for her team members.

After growing up in chilly Michigan, Erica Vickers and her husband decided to make the move to sunny Southwest Florida in 2007. This new adventure with their two daughters Reagan and Haley has proven to be one of the most fulfilling decisions they have ever made. When Erica joined the Glass Design family in 2014, she quickly discovered how passionate she is about cultivating a positive, rewarding workspace. Erica currently sits in the Integrator/President seat and due to her dedication and passion for her work with all aspects of the day-to-day business, the Glass Design team is one of the best in SWFL!
Owner & Master Bubble & SGO Artist
After taking several years off to travel the Caribbean on their boat, Sandi and her husband Don were looking to start a new career and came across the decorative glass business in 1996. Their natural artistic talent along with Don’s technical ability helped them continue to grow the business. Now that their daughter, Bonnie, is running the business, Sandi focuses her time on what she loves to do most … designing and hand crafting Glass Design’s signature “Bubble” glass as well as the SGO laminated leaded glass.
