Glass Design has been serving Southwest Florida’s decorative glass needs since 1996. We are a family-owned and operated business and we love what we do! Bonnie Doughty

CEO/Owner/Visionary

Bonnie graduated from the University of Florida in 2004 with a degree in Marketing and began her career in the Industrial and Construction Supply industry. In 2007, she felt called back to something more personal: joining her parents at Glass Design to help lead the family business into its next chapter.

From the start, Bonnie wanted more than growth. She wanted to raise the standard for the home improvement industry. She has helped open an additional showroom, introduce new product lines and services, and build a team committed to excellence.

What drives her most is a simple belief: clients shouldn’t have to settle for average. Your home, your investment, and your trust deserve more than good enough. That belief extends inside the company too. Bonnie is committed to a workplace where team members feel valued, supported, and challenged to grow, because a team that feels cared for delivers better experiences to clients.

Erica Vickers

Vice President of Operations

After growing up in Michigan, Erica and her husband made the move to sunny Southwest Florida in 2007, where they’ve loved raising their two daughters and building a life they’re proud of. Erica joined the Glass Design family in 2014 and serves proudly as Vice President of Operations, wearing many hats and keeping the day-to-day running smoothly.

Erica is passionate about creating a positive, high-performing workplace where people feel supported, challenged, and motivated to grow. A calm, steady leader with a little spunk, she leads with optimism, integrity, and a get-it-done mindset. Guided by Glass Design’s core values and the mantra One Team for the Greater Good, Erica helps drive a culture that learns continuously, does the right thing, and delivers exceptional results.

Sandi Durden

Founder & Master Bubble & SGO Artist

After taking several years off to travel the Caribbean on their boat, Sandi and her husband Don were looking to start a new career and came across the decorative glass business in 1996. Their natural artistic talent along with Don’s technical ability helped them continue to grow the business. Now that their daughter, Bonnie, is running the business, Sandi focuses her time on what she loves to do most … designing and hand crafting Glass Design’s signature “Bubble” glass as well as the SGO laminated leaded glass.
